I have worked in the tourism industry for over 36.5 years and this hotel would have yo be one of the worst i have stayed at, over 200 school children staying at the same time and making lots of noise until midnight and from 05.00am in the morning which was totally unacceptable. No hot water for two mornings, so had to have cold showers again totally unacceptable. Very mismanaged. Breakfast very disappointing as it was not hot.

It is very nice and clean. It’s close to many things. Great value. If it is near Tet, be wary of the festival that may happen right behind the hotel (loud but a lot of fun down at the festival!)

Top stay in Da Lat

First and foremost, top notch service all around from bellhops to counter staff. We got some great visit tips from a bellhop. The hotel is minutes from the night market and the lake (for an excellent morning run). Rooms have good size however a bit dated. Our room is near the top floor so our bathtub is right next to a slopped roof causing some claustrophobic. Hallways definitely need more lighting and a carpet change. Breakfast has reasonable space with outdoor seatings with lake view. Breakfast choices are excellent with great service. BEST OF ALL, it is situated away from the busy hotel rows, so it is very easy to be picked up by either bus or car, little to no traffic here.

On the first night of my stay there was without remote control for the tv in the room and the fan was so noisy.On the next morning went to the front deck and inform the staff about the issue but on my return in the evening the issue are not resolve yet.

3 star hotel needs some improvements.

For a 3 star hotel, it needs further improvements, especially in the morning breakast restaurant .Restaurant staff need to refill coffee frequently and ensure it is hot; customers need not have to inform supervisor about it. The morning sun shine into the cafe indoor and outdoor eating area and is hot and glaring. There are curtains and blind and the supervisor need to have initiatives to activate it. Room aircondition was not cold; it needs servicing. I like to complement the restaurant male cook who can cater specially for me (on my request) 2 half-boiled eggs at every morning breakfast. One male receptionist who can speak english is helpful; he helped me find a private car driver for my own outings.

Notre séjour avait plusieurs problèmes. L'isolation des fenêtres était presque inexistante et du 4e étage, on entendais chaque auto et chaque pas des piétons qui passaient. La salle de bain était aussi mal conçue, laissant l'eau s'accumuler sur les rebords du bain pendant la douche et inondant le plancher. Du côté positif, l'hôtel était bien placé et permettait d'aller au lac ou à des restaurants à pied. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner avait aussi une bonne sélection.

Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla ja rauhallinen. Lähellä oli ruokapaikkoja. Aamiainen melko monipuolinen paikalliseksi ruuaksi. Siis aasialainen lähinnä. Retket järjestyivät respan kautta. Ainoa huono puoli oli, ettei huone- esittelyissä sanota selvästi, jos ei ole ikkunaa. Ikkunattomassa huoneessa ei ole kiva asua! Huoneen ilma oli tunkkainen. Ionisaattori helpotti vähän ilmaa. Koko kerroksessa ei ollut ikkunaa eikä nähnyt esim. sataako ulkona. Samoin retkiesitteessä oli väärää informaatiota, jota myös respa antoi.

overall acceptable, just yoo noisy on the streets

Good location about 10min walk to night market but too noisy at night, even till 1am and start aroynd 4:30am, cant really gwt good sleep as need to open the window, outside tooo noisy. The staff very nice and helpful.
