「3世代の家族での旅行でしたが、とても清潔で、広々としたリビングに寝室、各部屋にシャワールームもあり、洗濯機、乾燥機も完備されていて、とても快適にステイできました。 空港までのピックアップを予約していましたが、初日にトラブルがあり、飛行機の時間が予定していたよりもだいぶ遅くなったにも関わらず、その旨連絡を入れると状況を理解してくれて、深夜でも迎えに行けるので気をつけて来てくださいねとの連絡をいただき、臨機応変に対応してくれたところもとてもありがたかったです。 おかげでとても楽しくダナン旅行ができました！」

「Very difficult for Grab drivers to find. Place was double booked so the other guests showed up very surprised! It all got worked out eventually. The home is well done and a lot of care was taken in decorating. Very secure and quiet except 5 am the roosters next door will wake you up 😕 Beautiful views of the mountains. Basically very nice house in a messy back road. If you want to be close to Bana Hills this is an interesting way to do it. Grab took 10 mins to cable cars. Owner sent staff over....

「I thought we were supposed to stay in a villa with hotel services as described in your website.However,Our nightmare began when check in at the A18 villa.Instead of checking in at the hotel reception,a guy came over to the villa and claimed that he is hired by the owner of the villa.He said they are not part of the hotel group and manage this villa by their own,we did not have rights to enjoy any of the hotel services.The villa itself was totally different from what I have seen from the pictures...

「we had a pleasant stay at Will’s apartment! throughout the 4 days we were in hoi an, Will gave good tips and advised us on places we should visit in the area. it was also easy to get a grab/car to the old town and i enjoyed the change in scenery at the apartment. the room was satisfactory as well, with a comfortable bed and shower. there were also two friendly dogs which made the stay even more enjoyable :) highly recommend the apartment to travellers who are looking for a comfortable stay....
