"We were first given a room on the first floor, but unfortunately there was a strong smell of smoke throughout the hallway and inside the room. We requested a room change, and the front desk staff member kindly moved us to a room on the 7th floor, which was much better. However, the hotel overall feels outdated and could benefit from major renovations in the future."

"Spacious and clean rooms, but no elevator. The only one set of complimentary self-service laundry was very old. The dryer was especially inefficient. Strict visiting rules (one hour limit) for visitors of guests."
