Situated on the second floor of a high-quality holiday complex completed in 2026, the apartment accommodates up to three guests. It is ideal for couples, small families, solo travelers, or anyone seeking a relaxing North Sea getaway combined with upscale comfort and style. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator and includes a dedicated underground parking space as well as storage facilities for bicycles.

A special highlight is the large, sheltered corner balcony furnished with outdoor seating and offering a stunning view of the sea—perfect for enjoying relaxing hours in the fresh North Sea air, from your first morning coffee to the sunset.

The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is flooded with natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, creating an inviting atmosphere. The living area features a cozy sofa bed (120 × 200 cm), additional seating, and a TV.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, blender, and toaster—ideal for a great start to the day. Crockery, cutlery, and a starter supply of essentials ensure you feel at home from the very first moment.

The separate bedroom, which can easily be darkened, features a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm), a large wardrobe, and its own TV. For families with small children, a baby cot and high chair can be rented from the holiday rental agency, Port 54. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet, as well as a hairdryer and vanity mirror. Practical extras—such as a full-length mirror, drying rack, and garment steamer—add to the comfort.

The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and is a designated non-smoking property. Naturally, free Wi-Fi is available—perfect for streaming or getting some work done while on vacation.
