Welcome to Le Clos Marguerite, an authentic Périgord house ideal for a break in the heart of the Dordogne. Nestled in a peaceful hamlet in the Périgord Noir, it offers a magnificent view of the valley as well as a pleasant enclosed garden to fully enjoy the surrounding nature.

Spread over three levels, the house combines the charm of the old with modern comfort. As soon as you arrive, discover a pleasant entrance courtyard with garden, a large terrace and a summer kitchen, perfect for sharing good meals outside.

A few steps up, you access the main level where you will find a large living room, a convivial dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. You will also find a first teleworking area in the living room, ideal for working remotely thanks to a high-performance Wi-Fi connection available throughout the house. On this same level, you will also have a laundry area with washing machine, toilet and sink, as well as a first bedroom with its en-suite private bathroom.

Upstairs, discover a second bedroom designed for both children and adults, as well as a second teleworking area set up on the landing bedroom, perfect for isolating yourself and working in peace. You will also find a separate bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, as well as a third bedroom with a double bed and sink.
