We stayed in the Villa so we really didnt have any interaction with the staff, other than at check in. The Villa is nice and cozy and very much right in the heart of downtown. We loved this room. It has an older feel, but so much character and the hotel location couldn't be better. The check in process was very easy as well. The only tiny complaint would be parking, but other than that, it's a marvelous find.

The room was clean but definitely was aged some. Had great heat system, fridge and small coffee maker, great tv channels and we enjoyed the breakfast
