Wonderful River View
The owner was very responsive and kind. The house is beautiful and comfortable, but the river view alone is worth the trip. We spent most of our time enjoying the river sounds and view on the screened porch!

Christmas Gathering on the River
We had a lovely experience. The river front home was more than I expected; well equipped, clean and spacious. The only suggestion I have would be to upgrade the bath linens.

Tranquil, Storybook Stay!
The views from this home were incredible! It was wonderful having two master suites so another couple could stay with us without deciding who gets the best room haha! Early morning coffee on the porch with the river views were a highlight of my trip. The firepit out by the river was great too. The host was available for questions and was super helpful. The house is convenient to downtown Dahlonega, vineyards, and the gold mine tour. It was also set up great for our dog, with a gate for the porch so he could be out there with us. Overall a wonderful trip!

The house was exactly as listed and communication was excellent. We had a little hiccup with the keyless entry, but it was rectified quickly. The view was lovely and the house had everything we could have needed. We would stay again!

Truly an Oasis
Looking to do something different at Christmas and this retreat did not disappoint! Located right next to the Chestatee River, we were serenaded morning to evening by it. The property had everything we needed and was within reasonable distance from Dahlonega, Cleveland, Anna Ruby Falls, and Helen. Absolute gem of a location to go to for relaxation and to get away for a bit. We will certainly be back!

Family Holiday
We never travel for the holidays because we prefer being at home with family, but this year was different. This year was the first in over a decade that we had the opportunity for our entire family to be together for Thanksgiving and we couldn't have asked for a better location to celebrate it. The accommodations were everything that was advertised. What I am most concerned about when renting a VRBO is overall cleanliness and the comfortability of the furniture. This place felt like home.

Peaceful "Oasis" on the river.
Wonderful week to relax and just enjoy. The accommodations are beautiful and very well maintained. All you need is a glass of wine and some appetizers, on the deck to listen to the music of the river or sitting around the firepit. We were just 3 friends, but layout is also perfect for family. Perfect loft living area for teens. Would definitely go back.
