"Travelling for work, I though the room and room faclilities were excellent. The pool was lovely and I had it all to myself. The breakfast was ok. It took a long time to get a tea or coffee, spoons had run out and staff seemed generally overwhelmed. Some parts of the hotel seemed run down. Some of the reception staff were good but some were rude. Some of the bar and breakfast staff were good and some didn't seem to know what they were doing. There were a lot of poeple begging in the hotel...

"I loved this property! The hostess named Amina went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Amina was willing to bring us to local shops and marche. She negotiated prices with the vendors so that we weren’t overcharged. She also made sure we had transportation arranged to and from the airport. "Very nice property with huge pool. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. However, poor water flow and no hot water. Lighting in bathroom could be enhanced. Fridge in room, however no safe. Decent breakfast with choices for everybody. Close to the German and the Belgian embassy. Recommended."
