Property was clean, the pool was also cleaned every morning & the property is quiet & peaceful. Some of the things that were said to be included in the booking advertisement were not actually included resulting in surcharges such as laundry & cooking in the apartment. Expedia said there was a free shuttle but we found ourselves walking down & paying local transportation to get back up.

Potential in Dalaguete

I rentented a room at this property for 6 nights. The day i arrived the AC was off, so the room was super hot. It would have been thoughtful to cool the room prior to our arrival. The room itself was very nice in comparison for what is available in Dalaguete. And the view the property provides is absolutely amazing. However, i struggled with comfort. If you require a cool room to sleep you may struggle at this location. I could not get the temperature to fall below 24 Celsius. The hotel did provide us with a standing fan. In addition, there is no daily turn down service. This hotel has a lot of potential, they must replace the tiny Air conditioner with a better quality unit and consider room preparation prior to guests arriving.

We were unable to get refund after our travel plans changed at least three weeks out from our trip. THis is along way to Cebu City given the traffic and we just couldn’t make it work. We received a flat no when we explained. Word to the wise to read the fine print.

Clean place and all you need from toiletries to kitchen utensils are complete. We love the artistic designs inside the room especially in the kitchen and CR. You'll find a great seaview early in the morning and afternoon. The owner and cousin were so friendly & accommodating.

The accommodation is stellar! I would rate it 5 star because I’m very much satisfied. Pro: -very homey you can cook -the room can fit up to 5 people -kitchen counter is holy grail -has home utensils -can use pool anytime - sunrise to night time the view is amazing! Lovely!

Really enjoyed our stay here, the owners are really nice, welcoming and accommodating. The room was great and had everything we needed. Their dog Happy, is so lovely and friendly - an added bonus to our stay!
