“Host was great! The towels are not bad like they seem in the reviews, it’s only that one towel in the bathroom that is meant to be used as a mat so it didn’t bother me. Bath tub and rooms were very clean. There are TVs in all of the bedrooms which is great, had no issues parking or with neighbors. Overall a good experience here!”

“Host was proactive in her communication and check in and out were easy. Plenty of lighting and the space was well appointed with all the amenities one would need. Bed was comfortable. There was a comprehensive list of local eateries and things to do nearby. Its a little far for me from public transportation (street car line and bus lines) but uber and lifts are readily available. Would stay here again! ”

“The first issue we had was with the online registration form, which was sent the evening before we checked in. Since we were traveling, we had spotty WiFi and were unable to complete the form. When I arrived, there were 2 women behind the desk. Neither greeted me. One was not busy so I asked her how to handle check in and parking since the form wasn’t complete. She did not respond but asked her coworker to help me (in Spanish, which I understand). They were confused on what I could do about……

“Great Metairie location - very convenient. Very nice and clean, but needs more interior design finishes (art on the wall, a rug or two, more pillows on the bed, a couple throw pillows on the couch, etc).”

“This was a nice place to stay. I traveled with 2 other ladies and we felt safe and at home. We did have an issue with the neighbor one night but the management team took care of it right away and it was 10:15 at night. Very responsive and very cordial! We were not used to the shotgun home, where rooms are not private but they had sound machines and other extra amenities to help make everything very doable and homey! Thank you for a great weekend away from home!”

“Spotless upon arrival. Beautiful house with everything our family of 4 needed and more. Beds were very comfortable. Lovely outdoor spaces for enjoying the weather. Quaint and private. We fell in love with the neighborhood. Andrew was extremely helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. ”

“The property was very close to all the places I needed to visit during my stay and the best part was it was all within walking distance. Very close to the interstate which was a plus. The room itself was wonderful. It was very roomy. We love how it has 2 bedrooms even though it was only my husband and I. The living room was far enough away from the bedroom so we were both able to watch what we wanted on separate TV. I would gave loved to have a tub but the shower was nice. The space was nice……

“The home was so clean and exactly what our family needed. It had a full kitchen with appliances as well as washer and dryer. It was a great get away for our family of 6. The communication was absolutely wonderful with the property owners and management. Would definitely return to visit this property if in the area again. ”
