“This is my new favourite hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and engaging. Our room was beautiful and well appointed. The food at The Slanted door was delicious. Our experience there was 10 out of 10 and we can’t wait to be back.”
“Very welcoming and helpful team at front desk. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Breakfast in the courtyard was delicious and relaxing. We wish we could have stayed more than one night.”
“Nice, cute building! The room overlooks the breakfast area and is clean and comfortable.
The reception greeting was friendly and helpful.
Close to the centre and restaurants and bars.
Breakfast was laid out for 0800, a small selection but enough for me and really fresh.”
“The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay.
I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter……
“We have a pleasant stay here. Although the room is small, the staff are friendly. It is located in a very beautiful small town. There are a lot of restuarants close by. The breakfast provided by the hotel is good. The room is clean but small. The lift s small, too. It can only allow 2 big suitcases with one small suitcase added with 2 adults in the lift. If you drive, there will be more things to see. If not, you can still enjoy staying there for shopping and sitting in a nice restaruants……
“This is the second time we stayed here and again it didn’t disappoint. It’s convenient literally just off the motorway and when you arrive it’s so peaceful, spotlessly clean and just had a lovely vibe. I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Thanks for a great stay and what a beautiful town Beaune is just a short walk and it’s stunning. ”
