• Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed with storage and comfortable sleeping setup
• Bedroom 4: Two full-size beds, ideal for kids or additional guests
• Bedroom 5: Two full-size beds, perfect for larger groups or families

In total, the home comfortably accommodates multiple guests with a mix of king, queen, and full-size beds across five bedrooms.

The property also includes 2.5 bathrooms, featuring a full master bath with a walk-in shower and tub, a secondary full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a convenient half bath for additional guests.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry facilities, and outdoor spaces such as the backyard and pool.

Quiet Times
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
No gatherings or loud noise outside of the home at any time.
A noise complaint will result in one warning; if a second violation occurs, a $300 fee will be charged, and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund.

Smoking Policy
This is a smoke-free home inside. Smoking is permitted only outside and must be done in a way that ensures smoke and odor do not drift into the house. Vaping is also restricted indoors. Any violation, or evidence of indoor smoking, will result in a $500 deep cleaning fee and may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation.

No Pets
We love animals, but to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, we have chosen to keep this home pet-free due to allergies and asthma sensitivities. Thank you for your understanding!
Please note that violating this house rule without prior approval or communication will incur a $500 fee.

Occupancy Limits
Occupancy is limited to 10 guests. Babies under the age of two are not included in this count. Unauthorized/undeclared guest will be fined $25 per guest per night.

Strict No Parties or Large Gatherings Policy
We enforce a strict no-party and noise policy for all residents. Hosting a party, damaging the unit, leaving excessive mess, or bringing unreported guests will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction.
Noise must be kept to a minimum each night beginning at 11:00 PM.

Door Security
The front door must remain locked and closed at all times when not in use.

Early Check-in/Late check out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need early check-in or a late check-out, please feel free to ask—we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible. Please note that we have an extra fee of $25/hr.
Unauthorized late check-outs past 10:00 AM will incur a $100 fee, as cleaning staff have scheduled appointments, and delays can affect the next reservation.

Drugs:
✤ If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY AND IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND!

Starter Supplies Provided
We provide a starter supply of essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, and toiletries. For longer stays, you may wish to bring or purchase additional items.

Please Care for the Home
We’ve worked hard to make this space welcoming. We kindly ask that you treat it with care and let us know right away if anything is damaged or not working properly.

Security Cameras
- For your safety and ours, exterior security cameras are installed. There are no cameras inside the home.
- Tampering with or disabling the outside camera, including covering or blocking it, will result in a $350 maintenance fee and immediate eviction without a refund.

Please note: Government travel regulations or health-related restrictions may affect travel plans. Guests are responsible for checking and complying with current government guidelines.
