Convenient Location to Downtown

Trinity Grove is an up and coming neigborhood so expect construction and a mix of run down and brand new. However, the location of this house is great for American Airlines Center (a quick drive or Uber) and downtown. It is walkable to the Trinity Grove restaurants. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen is set up with everything you need.

Stunning house close to everything you wanna do in Dallas

This beautiful house was a wonderful place for a gathering a friends. Being right next to Trinity Groves was awesome and convenient and the central location to Dallas made it easy for us to get to everything we needed to do. The house is fully equipped and there’s plenty of space to relax and hang out. The kitchen is well equipped, Great Internet access, water pressure was on point, and the decks and the backyard are fantastic. The communication was good with the host and everything with the house was as it was supposed to be I highly recommend this place, and will be staying there again the next time I come with a big group of friends.

Great house! ..... Bad neighborhood.

The house and communication with the property manager were great! Every time I sent a message, I received a prompt response with all the information I requested. The house was also excellent. It was large, with plenty of space and bathrooms. The only complaint is the neighborhood. I live in a major city, and my neighborhood has had shootings and car chases. It is somewhat normal to me at this point. On Sunday morning, around 3:00 am, multiple vehicles were speeding around the house/neighborhood. We heard over a dozen gunshots for about 30 minutes. It wasn't a big deal for a group of guys like us staying at the house. I wouldn't stay at this property with my family until the neighborhood improves.

Amazingly beautiful huge home for such a great price!

I came with just my boyfriend to this gorgeous and spacious house. We wished we had all of our kids and grandchildren with us because it was so gloriously set up for lots of fun stuff for the whole family. The bedrooms were spacious and each had a ceiling fan which I love because it helps me sleep. The room with a pool table was so much fun. It has a little bar area if you want to bring snacks and drinks up while you play. There are several porches as well as an expansive back yard with a covered area, lots of chairs and an outdoor game that I might have tired if it hadn't been July and 1000 degrees. The family room has a huge TV and couch. The house is 10 minutes away from downtown where all the great museums, shops and restaurants are located. You can save a lot of money staying in this house and then splurge on entertainment that's right across a majestic bridge. And the host was very kind and patient with me when I kept asking a zillion questions! The only negatives - developing neighborhood so construction going on during the day. A rooster lives next door and cock-a-doodle-doos at all hours, but we got used to him after a little while. Mattresses a little hard for my taste. But overall a wonderful experience and I will return with a bunch of kids!
