Nice new house , new neighborhood

The property is newly built. It was clean and very spacious. The owner has it well mapped out with utilities commonly used by short term renters which is convenient. Good location centrally located in the dfw Dallas area with easy freeway access. My only complaint is that the neighbor filed a complaint for things we weren’t even home for and a message threatening to terminate our stay was sent in the middle of the night. The owner did contact and it seems to have been resolved as we still had an additional night With no issues. Overall excluding the incident with the neighbor I would highly recommend this property to stay at. We will likely stay again next year for the event we came for if available. 9.5/10

Women’s Fitness Championship

This property was perfect for our needs. We had family, fitness coach, and makeup artist all staying at this home in support of our daughter as a competitor. There was enough space for everyone to have privacy when needed and plenty of room for us to all come together for dinner and celebration! The property is clean and very well stocked! The beds are comfortable, especially the adjustable on the main. We enjoyed our stay. This property exceeded our expectations. It was the absolute perfect choice for what we needed!
