I was put in a room with a jacent room door with screaming kids and crying baby next door. The door block almost no sound from the a jacent room, I heard every word. The phone in the room did not work to contact the front desk.

Peeson at check in messed up some of our rooms and tried to blame us .We made resorvations and given wrong room she tried to argue abd disagree even though we had our paper copy of our reservations

Staff friendly! Checkin is so SLOW!!! The room was generally clean, however there was a nasty looking drip (size of a pea) - the trash can has a top to bottom run of something brown colored gross looking… breakfast was very good!

I reserved a room with a king size bed but was given a room with 2 queen size beds. I went back to the front desk and waited in line again as they were already helping 2 other seperate customers with questions/problems. When it was my turn turn I told them they gave me the wrong room and after several minutes was given a different room. When I got to that room it was dirty, had food everywhere and an unmade bed. I returned to the front desk for the third time to tell them I was given a dirty room. After several minutes I was finally given the correct room.

My room safe was not working, I requested for it to be fixed, I was told there was no maintenance staff on duty. I also requested a room change which was declined.

Came to visit family for a few days, this spot was perfect. Was greeted by a wonderful front desk day and night didn’t catch her name. Room was nice and clean, microwave and fridge nice and tidy. Easy parking which was a plus. Will definitely come back again soon.

I will preface this by saying that the property was nice, and clean. The room itself was great, the only problem I had was that the shower / bathtub had no traction whatsoever on the smooth, porcelain bottom, and I slipped and fell. I got away with just some soreness, but if I had fallen at another angle I could have given myself a concussion. If I were elderly or infirm, it could have been a serious injury even falling how I did. However the main reason for my poor rating is that after driving away later that day, I found suddenly I was having my card declined trying to get gas. I assumed this was just a computer error, but when I checked my account, I saw I had been - on top of the cost paid for the nights, and the deposit - charged an additional THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS for nothing. I called and they cancelled the payment, and told me I'd have it back in 3-5 days. I shouldn't need to say that being $300 short while TRAVELING is far from ideal, if I didn’t have a safety net I would have been stranded, unable to pay for gas or the hotel on the way back I had reserved. This is a very significant error, one for which I did not receive an apology or explanation or any sort of recompense other than having it cancelled, which still made me $300 poorer for the next week. Mistakes happen, but this is pretty extreme and problematic for a single error. I encourage you to check to make sure the same did not happen to you.

The room doors on the first floor were noisy when closing. Folks were allowing the doors to slam shut coming and going at varying hours throughout the day and night. Also, I had forgot something (not food) in the refrigerator after Checkout and had barely been gone for 10 minutes and when I went back to get it, Housekeeping had already cleared and threw away everything in the refrigerator. They hadn’t cleaned the room, they just cleared out the refrigerator and threw everyone there away. I was so upset.
