Overall, my stay at the hotel was pretty good. The room was fine and the environment was mostly comfortable. However, I did run into an issue with the front desk staff that needs improvement.
During my last stay, there were some loud guests slamming doors and stomping in the hallways late at night. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but more than once they answered and just put the phone on hold without saying anything. At one point, I even saw staff members in the back corner of the lobby, seemingly avoiding the calls.
I understand things can get busy, but customer service should be a priority—especially when guests are trying to report disturbances.
If the staff could work on being more responsive, especially at night, this would be a much better experience overall.
