Welcome to this newly-built luxury space! Named the happiest city in 2019, this space is just a few blocks away from the center of the city. Just 4 blocks east of local restaurants and beautiful walking scenery, get the feel of a local neighborhood within the DFW area. Comes with Cable TV, a dedicated workspace, and everything to relax or work remotely as needed! If you're lucky, you can catch the local popsicle man that comes by and enjoy a nice, local ice cream or snack! For the duration of your stay, the entire apartment is yours.

Great Fredericksburg Stay
Located near town and the wineries. We enjoyed the Livery Stable. Exceeded our expectations. Love how it's decorated. Very nice stay. We found our Fredericksburg Vrbo.

Great place to stay!
The apartment is quiet and cozy, well lit at night. I felt safe here, even as a solo traveler. Christian was very communicative throughout the whole trip, and was quick to reply to any questions or concerns I had during the trip. Any problems I had were quickly resolved.

Lovely Space
The townhome is clean and adequate. We didn’t use many of the kitchen items or spend a ton of time in the home. Downtown Plano is a short walk and there was a festival going on during out trip. We strolled down to do some people watching and enjoy some street food. The only downside to this location is the area around the complex. It’s rough. We felt a little better due to the gate and security features of the property, but not willing to walk around after dark. Christian is a great host! Quick to respond and has set up great automation tools to keep us informed through our stay.
