How We Host (With Love & Boundaries)
Full private access to the entire home and outdoor spaces—self check-in with keypad. Exterior entry-only cameras for safety/insurance compliance (no interior cameras—ever). I live off-site and respect your privacy, but I’m available for questions via message. Optional add-ons include:
Early check-in ($75)
Wellness setup (tea station, mats, candles, journal – $100)
Grocery stocking (fresh, thoughtful arrival – $100+)
Host-guided fire pit reflection (1hr soulful guidance – $250)
Curated airport welcome transfer (warm curbside pickup + calm 35-min drive – $125 one-way / $200 round-trip)
Small, approved gatherings, creative shoots, or wellness retreats welcome with prior approval. Quiet hours 10pm–8am. Unauthorized parties or excessive noise may result in termination of stay per policy. Mature, respectful guests only—this space is sacred.
