The Space:

Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.



You’ll be greeted by the gorgeous exterior with manicured landscaping and a 3-car garage to give you plenty of space to park. Modern and nicely updated with a bit of a cottagey vibe, this home has tons of unique features that truly set it apart.



Towards the front of the home is a stunning dining room, just one of the many spots in this home to enjoy your meals. You also have not one, but two amazing living areas. One living room has a stone fireplace, a cozy vibe, and French doors leading out to the backyard. The second living room opens on to the kitchen and has a foosball table, an even more stunning fireplace, and lots of seating on the cozy furniture.



The bright open kitchen is an absolute dream and you’ll love whipping up some fresh meals in here. It has a wet bar, walk-in pantry, and stainless-steel appliances, including a dual oven. It comes fully equipped with everything you’ll need. You’ll also find a cute breakfast area in the kitchen that looks out to the beautiful backyard.



There are 5 spacious bedrooms that allow plenty of room to comfortably spread out. They are all furnished with awesome furniture, décor, and accessories. The comfy beds are outfitted with lavish linens, perfect for sinking into for a good night’s rest. The master bedroom has direct access to the backyard and the large bonus room above the garage features amazing skylights (please note this bedroom will only be opened for groups of +12 guests). The 3.5 bathrooms are all unique and huge. There are tons of vanities among all the bathrooms so everyone will be able to get ready in the mornings without fighting over the bathroom. In addition, you’ll also have your very own laundry room so don’t worry about running out of outfits for your trip!



The lush private backyard is just as amazing as the rest of the home. Fully fenced in with gorgeous landscaping, there is so much room to lounge both under the covered porch and under the warm Texas sun. There is a grill, a long patio table with seating perfect for outdoor meals, lounge chairs beside the pool, and a relaxing hammock. All of this surrounds the large glittering pool in the center.

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

The Neighborhood:

Your vacation home is in Far North Dallas. Conveniently, you’ll be less than 20 mins to DFW airport and downtown Dallas. You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions.



In addition to the major attractions, you’ll be just 11 minutes from Eisemann Center, which hosts symphonies and musical theatre performances. Take the family on an adventure and go tree-top trekking 20 minutes away at the Go Ape Zipline and Adventure Park. For more fun with the kids, be sure to check out Adventure Landing Dallas (15 minutes away), which features mini-golf, laser tag, go-karts, and an arcade. You can also pay a visit to AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026, home to the Dallas Cowboys, as well as the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both around 25 minutes away.



For some great shopping, The Galleria Dallas, a high-end shopping center, is 5 minutes away.

You’ll also be 17 minutes to our very own entertainment hub, The Toyota Music Factory. The soul of the entire DFW Metroplex, it features an open-air pavilion for live music, along with a movie theater, restaurants, and bars. In this same area, you’ll also find Lake Carolyn and the Mandalay Canal walk, a peaceful and charming section of Las Colinas.



Finally, the city has several amazing parks you absolutely must check out and 2 of them are less than 15 minutes away from home. Prairie Creek Park is known for its scenic landscapes and vibrant flowers and plants. It also features a gorgeous waterfall right in the center of the park, the perfect spot to take some amazing pictures. Last, but not least, Spring Creek Trail and Spring Creek Nature Center can be found in lush woodland just outside of Richardson. It’s the ideal spot to find some peace and solitude. Perfect for walking, biking, or hiking, there are over 5 miles of trails to take in the tranquil scenery.



Getting Around:

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something

you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.



Other Things to Note:

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.

The maximum number of cars allowed are 3 cars in the garage and 3 cars in the driveway. No street parking allowed.



★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★



Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
