The unit looked as it did in the pictures, the check-in process was very easy and the communication with the management was good other than them taking a day to respond. The worst part about my stay was the cleanliness of the unit. it wasn’t fully cleaned prior to me getting there. On top of that there was bed bugs. I had to cut my stay short due to them making me leave for 2 days to have “pest control” do their cleaning and then i get back into the unit and nothings changed. Other than the bed bugs the unit was as expected and the management team was understanding and easy to communicate with.
