To accommodate all your guests, there are two living rooms, one downstairs and one upstairs! Along with a fully stocked kitchen, the bathrooms are also well stocked and feature stand-in showers. The master bedroom with an attached bath is located on the first floor and features an ultra comfortable king size bed to get restful nights in. The other three bedrooms contain oh so relaxing double and queen beds. There is also a dedicated workspace in the master for those who want to work while vacationing! The backyard features a grill perfect for barbecuing and cooking your favorite meals.
Three House rules -
No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).
First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM
