I loved the location, lots of restaurants within a 5 minute radius. I felt safe with my kids. Clean, quiet. Didnt use the pool, but it looked nice. I would stay here again.

They charged me MORE THAN what my reservation was. The also charged me $100.00 deposit. I immediately took pictures of everything in the room, before bringing in my belongings. This will insure you get your deposit back. The room didn’t have an oven like it showed in the pictures. There wasn’t any utensils, plates, bowls or anything to cook with. What good is a kitchen, you can’t cook in ?

Overall ok for the price, but they didn’t have linens for the pullout couch when initially asked. (I did put in my check in notes we needed them) They did not have any extra pillows for the pullout bed which made us have to give up one of ours for the kids. No equipment for the kitchen at all. Asked for some spoons at one point and they only had plastic forks to offer. Staff was friendly and the lobby was clean. Pool was closed the whole time we were there.

We found several roaches during the 3 day stay. We found at least to 2-3 roaches in the room per day. Pretty spacious rooms. I didn’t like that I was wanting to upgrade from a one bed to a two bed but they wanted to up charge by $300. I’m usually a person who doesn’t complain but this was my first bad experience. I would give it a 5/10 experience.
