Not a great stay. Housekeeping did not service my room for my entire stay, even after asking the front desk to have it done after my second night. I ran out of amenities and had to go up to the front desk to request replacements. The overall attitude of most of the staff was not great.

Back Hone Hotel

Confirm your stay with hotel so what's the point

Hotel was overbooked, blame was assigned to hotels.com, told to notify hotels.com then when I did just that, hotels.com sought a refund and denied it saying the hotel would not honor what transpired
