• Absolutely no large gatherings, events, or parties are allowed. This is a residential building, and any disruption to other residents will not be tolerated. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy—any guest causing a disturbance will be removed immediately, with no exceptions. Violating this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refund and a fine. We take this policy very seriously.
• No smoking is allowed inside the unit. A fee will be charged for any smoking incidents or any stench left behind.
• Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during this time.
• Please note, as is common in Texas, insects are present year-round, particularly during wet and colder weather where they may seek shelter indoors. To minimize the chance of bugs entering the apartment, we kindly ask that you avoid keeping doors and windows open for extended periods.
Rest assured, we take proactive measures to address this. Our property undergoes regular professional pest control treatments, and additional precautions are taken during every cleaning. While the hot Texas summer may occasionally cause insects to appear, such occurrences are rare. But if they're seen, they're most likely dead or dying. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
