Step through the front door into a grand entryway framed by 15-foot ceilings and an inviting open layout. To the right, a stylish dining room leads into the gourmet kitchen—complete with an oversized island that seats six, modern appliances, and direct access to the poolside patio.

Flow into the cozy living room featuring a 65" Smart Frame TV with custom The Luxe Longhorn-themed art. Nearby, a door opens onto the back patio, where a grill and a large grassy yard with a gated dog run await.

The media room is a showstopper, featuring an 85" 4k TV with Dolby Atmos Audio and Video Theater System—perfect for movie nights or game day.

Custom barn doors separate the media room from the foyer and the living room. The media room leads into the primary suite secluded away from the rest of the home, with spa-like amenities and space for both rest and rejuvenation—including a double rainhead shower, dog-washing station, and dual vanities.

Down the left hallway, you’ll find the three front bedrooms, including a fitness-focused room with Peloton exercise bike, Precor elliptical machine, Bowflex Select-Tech dumbbell set, exercise bands, yoga mat, and a twin trundle bed-ideal—ideal for guests wanting to stay active.

◆ House Rules & Details ◆

Maximum Occupancy: 10. Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.

Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

Dog-friendly (with pre-approval) - $100 per dog pet fee applies.

Pool can be heated for $100/day.
(IMPORTANT: We cannot heat the pool or spa if the outside temperature is <40 degrees F, either forecasted during the stay or within the previous 7 days of your stay.)

A $400 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released automatically 2 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or missing items. This standard precaution is processed through a secure, third-party system, which also handles email and messaging.
✱ If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, a temporary “test hold” will verify your payment method. The full deposit will then be held 2 days prior to arrival for the duration of your stay.

Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, securely processed through a third-party system after booking.

We do not permit the following at any time: No Smoking or Vaping of any kind - No Fireworks Permitted
Parties or birthday parties and celebrations are generally not permitted, and we need to be informed in advance if you plan to have any of the above events at our property.

Parking for 4 cars in driveway.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. Home has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, towels, and linens.

YouTube TV included on all Smart TVs and Apple TVs.

For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is a ring-doorbell that has view of the front yard. We also have one on the garage that has views of the driveway, and one that overlooks the pool and pool equipment.

We have a strict cancellation policy and highly suggest that you purchase travel insurance for your stay.
