Guest Access:
ONE parking spot allowed - Gate remote is inside the unit. Upon first arrival, park along the street in order to access unit/grab the gate clicker. You can move your vehicle to the parking lot after doing so, please be sure to park in the spot reserved for your unit! Do NOT park in any other spaces aside from yours, all parking spots are reserved!
*There will be a $150 replacement fee if clicker is not returned*

Other Things to Note:
The designated smoking area is on the upstairs patio near ping pong table. The rest of the property as well as the unit remain non-smoking. Violations are subject to a $1,000 fine, per occurrence.
