不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
The room smelled like dog poop, there were two rooms with big dogs that were barking non stop and the rooms had the windows open and as I understand that it is a pet friendly hotel there should be some sort of restriction for this. I checked in and checked out in less than an hour. Just because is a cheap motel it does not need to be this awful and unsanitary

The room was littered with bugs, dirty bed and towels, toilet was broken, and they wouldn’t offer another room or refund. I was forced to contact Expedia about my experience because this hotel was of no help. The room also smelled of mold, the air conditioner was loud and dusty and the staff was extremely rude.

dirty sheets, dirty towels, dirty bath tub, dirty curtains, dirty floor, broken door lock, no coffee although pot & cups positioned in lobby, no light in bath, broken light in room; TV ok, bed ok, staff ok. Fair enough that prices were low even on World Cup matchdays, in relative proximity of Dallas Cowboys Stadium, tons of shops and restaurants nearby
