The good: Gated complexThe cleaners are 10/10. Extremely clean! Washer/dryerPoolEasy parking Reasonable price Negative: Significant wear and tear since the photos were taken. Floorboards are coming up, bottom drawer of the oven is broken, etc. Rough neighborhood, fortunately it’s gatedRight next to the freeway, so significant freeway and construction noise that makes it challenging to sleep. Bring earplugs.

Communication was pretty quick! Only negatives for me to really complain about- I was here for three weeks- my fiancè and I noticed the TV wouldn't show any picture so we asked maintenence to come look at that and a handle that had come loose in the shower. They fixed the shower within 48 hours but never brought us a new TV for the living room. Not a huge deal as the one in the bedroom worked perfectly fine..some of the flooring is chewed up by the bed frame being in the same place for so long and the laminate is peeling up by the entrance to the patio.Decent area to stay in as far as whats around it directly and the building is kept clean regularly. Great ammount of a space for a 1 bedroom.The pool was non-accessicble for us the entire time we stayed but saw others accessing the gates no issue so im not sure what was going on there.Overall, its was a good stay minus a few things!
