Less than 5 miles away from DFW Airport and 15-20 minutes away from downtown Dallas This ranch is decorated in Mediterranean style,perfect for family gatherings, business travelers and prospective immigrants to DFW. Nestled in a suburban safe neighborhood this house is a unique oasis for relaxation. Park and tennis court in walking distance. The property is only a quick 5-minute drive to the Walmart, Mall, diners, highway 183 and 161.

2517 Custer Ct, Irving, TX is a single-family ranch home on a 7,502 sqft lot. It has 1,700 sq ft of living space with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living area, dining space, office / game room, back porch, spacious backyard, free parking.
- Central cooling and heat with fireplace.
- Decorated in Mediterranean style.
- Whole house has WiFi throughout.
- All TV’s are connected to central outdoor HD antenna. We don’t have cable, but you are welcome to stream Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. on your personal device.

ROOM 2: 2nd Bedroom has queen bed, windows facing the front lawn, shared restroom

ROOM 5: Office room with desk and chair, also has a TV with X Box and board games.

The house is conveniently located near DFW airport in a quiet cul de sac. The house was clean and a perfect overnight for us. We we not there long enough to utilize all the amenities such as the game room, etc.

Whoever took the pictures of the property did a great job. The tv’s were extremely small, the grass was very high and uncut. The grass wasn’t cut until our final day of stay. The iron and ironing board was something used for cub scouts. Roaches were in the kitchen. Only one remote for 3 small tvs. Beds were small, wasp nests in window seals, and had to run the dryer 2 cycles to dry our clothes. The owner was a good guy, but clearly cost effective. We felt very deceived for the money we spent for the week.

Family Christmas getaway
My children are mostly grown and spread out. So we chose a central location to all meet for the holidays. Communication with owner was good. Easy to get into home. Quiet neighborhood. Some things in home could use attention but otherwise a comfortable stay.
