Family Wedding
It was not ready to be rented out in our opinion. There was a CO2 detector that was beeping until midnight when we had to find and fix it ourselves. Next day their maintenance people showed up after we had communicated the problem and they still had to run out and buy batteries. Then later in the day the air conditioner went out. It was up to 85 degrees in the property. They asked us to try and fix it. I told them it was not our responsibility. Then sent their same maintenance people back and they were there and running to the store for parts going in and out of the house. Leaving their ladders and tools for us to work around as we were getting ready for the wedding which was the reason to be there. It was very inconvenient. It seemed that we had to make several emails, texts and phone calls which consumed a lot of our vacation time. There was painter tape left on walls, trash in the front flower bed and a door without a handle. They offered a 30 % discount for all of our troubles and I replied asking for at least a 50% discount which they refused to offer. I still do not have my 30% discounted reimbursement back on my card, Very poor management and communication. I cannot recommend this property or company that owns it!
