Welcome to your perfect home base — the ultimate base for family fun, game days, and unforgettable getaways. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home features a large upstairs loft and a private backyard packed with activities for guests of all ages. Ideally located just 6 minutes from AT&T Stadium, 5 minutes from Globe Life Field, and 8 minutes from Six Flags Over Texas, you’ll also be close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests with 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 4 twin beds. The primary suite offers a king bed, Smart TV, and en-suite bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower, while the other bedrooms and loft provide flexible sleeping and lounging options, each with Smart TVs. Gather in the living room featuring a queen sofa sleeper and Smart TV, enjoy meals in the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, or challenge friends to a game at the indoor pool table. Step outside to your private Backyard Fun Zone, complete with a basketball hoop, pickleball court, mini putt-putt green, fire pit with lounge seating, outdoor grill, and dining space for six. My family of 9 had a wonderful stay during a quick trip to Arlington. The property was exactly as pictured in the listing and the whole process went smoothly. We felt comfortable and safe during the visit, and the kids took advantage of the pool table, outdoor space, and games. Hope to stay there again for our next trip to DFW!
