The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The elevators and stairs in this hotel are located at the far end of the hallway, rather than near the lobby. All guests have to walk the full length of the hotel, take the elevator, and then backtrack to their rooms. There are no ice or vending machines ...

Rooms were good. Had only 1 face towel! Go figure!. The wait to check in was ridiculous! A five star hotel should always have more than 1 person at the front desk! I expect great customer service! I expect to get what I pay for!
