「Me and my son stayed there for 6 days and I think they cleaned our room one time. Rude staff even when I asked for fresh towels. They took double payment for the last two days and promised to refound the money but now I’ve been home for a week and have seen nothing yet.」

「The staff were so friendly and well spoken. The palace is immaculate and so clean. Easy parking right out front which was free of charge for our rental car. The hotel also has an amazing restaurant for dinner which was one of our favourite meals of the trip. 「We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it. The property was lovely, clean, and well maintained, with beautiful pool that was a pleasure to relax in. The owner was absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. She really made us feel welcomed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to return.
