“This property is perfect for visiting Chattanooga! We were able to do all the sightseeing on Lookout Mountain and go downtown Chattanooga, both locations within 10 minutes. It made it convenient to stop by between activities and change our clothes or put shopping away. we were able to walk to dinner on our first night and explore the cute area of Saint Elmo. I highly recommend this location for visiting Chattanooga.”

“This property is two rooms in the basement of a house. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and clean. There are 2 rooms, bed/living room and bath. Coffee cups and glasses were provided as well as a coffee pot. There was coffee and powered cream and sweetener in the closet. But, no spoons or stirrers. Some sort of old pastry was inside the coffee stand, I'm guessing from previous guest. As others have stated, I would have slept better if there were some sort of lock on the inside door; a simple bolt……

“Everyone was so tired from our long winding road drive up from Florida. We walked in to find the best break from your normal hotel stay.. this place had every little unique castle like feel you could ask for we had such fun the minute we walked in there was something special to see in every little nook. The owner had my daughters favorite movie playing when we walked in! We had popcorn and a game of chess the scavager hunt and a great nights sleep on very comfortable beds. The owner was always……

“Booking was easy. When we arrived there was not a key in the lock box as instructed so I immediately called Jen. Owners live on site so it was easy to remedy the situation- she actually moved us to another unit. It was perfect for what we needed. They’d gone above and beyond to make the units homey- including Christmas decorations- We will definitely stay there again.”

“We had a wonderful long weekend in this spacious condo..We visit this city frequently and this was one of the best locations we have stayed in terms of proximity/accessibility to restaurants, riverfront, etc. It was very nice, clean condo and the layout was very relaxing. Brad was very accommodating and extremely responsive. The only down side was the late night traffic from the road outside, if you are a light sleeper you might want to have your white noise on. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay,”

“Maryland was great and we loved her place. She welcomed us and our dog Brody when we arrived and had the place already unlocked for us. Tv and wifi worked well and there was even a desk to work at. Super kitchen, outfitted with everything (including kids' dishes). We really appreciated the water, coffee, fruit and bagels. Though we didn't have kids with us, Maryland had a wonderful playground for little ones outside, and books, and toys inside. I wish we could have stayed longer as there is a……

“This is our go-to property in Cartersville anytime we visit. We are in the area about once a quarter and really feel like this is our home away from home. The property is right in the heart of downtown with shopping and restaurants a plenty. The loft is always very clean and Courtney is always very responsive. We look forward to our next stay!”

“Megan has a beautiful little spot here! My husband and I spent the weekend getting to know the Chattanooga area and used this as our home-base. Everything she provided was awesome, Keurig coffee, filtered cold water & ice welcomed us. Bathroom was fully stocked with Shampoo conditioner ect. Unit was super clean and very comfortable for the 2 of us! We will be back!”

There was a charming claw foot bathtub and a pedestal sink depicting a Victorian or French styled bathroom. The queen sized bed was so comfortable and decorated with beautiful bed coverings and pillows. There was a tv in the bedroom and the living room. It was very quiet and we enjoyed the porch that had two rocking chairs. We loved the location and most of all our lovely hostess.”

“Even though the weather was cool, dreary, and rainy, the inside of this lovely house was cozy and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door to when we reluctantly had to say goodbye and go our separate ways home. We were delighted with the luxurious amenities and conveniences provided by our host and appreciated his quick responses and solutions to our questions. We especially enjoyed the mesmerizing sight and sounds of the water in the creek as it cascaded and gurgled over the rocks on……
