This is a very old building, but the rooms have been substantially renovated, and are squeaky clean, the bed was very comfortable. The shower is good, which are the two things I most want when I travel and stay in economy hotels. If you want included breakfast, go down the street. There is a restaurant very nearby called farm and Fork, which could serve about anything you want and has music at night.

The room had all the amenities one has come to expect like microwave, refrigerator, large TV with many channels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The only drawback was that I could hear muffled noise from other rooms.

Surprise was the king size room had a full sized refrigerator, small cook top microwave coffee maker. Next visit will plan accordingly, was will pleased will size of room, had full sized couch too. Didn't have hot breakfast but now I know why, we just bought items to fix. The price was less than any other hotels in area with good rating. Sets back off main road, so was quite at night. Will stay again in future. The air conditioner unit was great, it stayed on continually not making loud noises when air would kick in.

I needed a clean hotel on a budget. This was a great option. Staff were friendly, rooms super clean, didn’t see the first hair on beds or towels. Plan to stay here again.

This was the third time I have stayed at this location. The first two times I had zero issues. This time I went to put some drinks in the fridge and realized it wasn't working at all. I went to the front desk and let them know. They bought a replacement fridge and swapped them out. They were very helpful and polite. Definitely recommend staying at this location.

Bed was comfy. Pillows were just ok. Room was quiet. Biggest issue and pet peeve of mine was that the shower drain was clogged with hair and shower wouldn’t drain. So I used gloves and removed it myself.
