While the house was very nice it was not functional for 6 people. One 3 person couch and 1 table that seats 4. The kitchen had 3 plates and 3 bowls and minimal silverware. No utensils except for bar-b-que. 1 towel/washcloth per person allotment per day. Therefore had to do laundry every day. VERY narrow and STEEP driveway. Neighborhood looked concerning but we had no problems with neighbors. Definitely need earplugs to sleep because of the trains.

Property was good once inside. Trains at night every 2 hours very loud. Parking and the neighbors across the street concerning. Good value other than that. Walked 5 mins to a nice neighborhood restaurant and it was good.

Conveniently located

We stayed here for a softball tournament at Heritage Point Park. This home was with in 10min of where we needed to be. Walmart, Kroger's and an abundance of restaurants and stores near by which made it very convenient. Home was super Clean and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Home away from Home

Everything is as pictured and very clean. We enjoyed our stay. Jeff was easy to contact and responded quickly. We travel for Senior Softball Tournaments and like to feel at home away from home. We definitely recommend this place. It's already on my Vrbo wishlist for future tournaments in Dalton. Thank you, Jeff!!!

Perfect Downtown Dalton Stay

The house was super clean and cute. It had all we needed for our stay and more! Easily walkable to all the new restaurants and bars of downtown Dalton. We had an outstanding experience and we plan to come again in the future.

Great house; but the train!

My daughter and I stayed at this property during a softball tournament in Dalton. The house was located close to the park. Everything about the house and host was really good! It was clean, easy to access, and the host was easily accessible. My only issue was the location. The house is extremely close to an active railroad track. I'm a pretty light sleeper and was awakened about every 90 minutes. Who would think so many trains pass through the night? Luckily, my daughter wasn't bothered at all.
