“No housekeeping for my three night stay. I was not informed that you had to ask for housekeeping. Covid has been gone for a long time. Rooms should be serviced daily like they use to be. Breakfast eggs were not good. On one morning bacon and the tater totes containers were empty. A staff person came by checked and left they did not refill them and I did wait a few minutes to see if they would .”

“We've stayed at Berkshire Mountain Lodge in October a number of times now, and we really enjoy the property. The rooms are well-appointed, very clean, and quite comfortable. We appreciate the free washers and dryers as well as the many other amenities, and you cannot beat the location. There's a supermarket down the driveway and across the street and an excellent specialty grocer--Guido's Market--just down the road. We highly recommend this property. The District Restaurant in Pittsfield is……

“Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her, And she changed……

“Hotel Downstream in North Adams was a great location for our overnight get-away to bike the Ashuwillticook Rail Trail. The hotel is right down-town, so we were able to walk to Public for dinner and to Bright Ideas Brewery afterwards, and to Dino's for breakfast in the morning. The room was very large and clean. We had a nice view of downtown and the mountains. Staff was very friendly -- we had a very quick check-in and check-out. Parking is right there and free. All very convenient. The hotel……

“The lobby was absolutely beautiful, aesthetically and structurally! From all the greenery from the plants to the high ceilings, cute seating areas, and nice bar. The outdoor furniture was a plus, especially with the fire pits and the surrounded by the nice view of the berkshires. After an evening out, we came back and played a board game in the lobby and even did a little painting of our own while enjoying some good cocktails…you can definitely create a vibe. The room was clean, and overall it……
