“Location was great for our event.”

“My husband and I stayed two nights, arriving late in the afternoon. We had no difficulty finding or getting into the property. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were out doing things in the area most of the time, but did enjoy a slow, quiet morning and loved being able to walk to the nearby park and enjoy the view. We were also in the apartment early one evening because of light rain, just reading and checking emails, etc., and missed the basics for preparing our own food.……

“We were the first folks to enjoy this brand new property for a long weekend! We are lifeline summer residents of this region, here to check on renovations being done on our own cottage. We could not have been more pleased with this property. Perfect location, minutes from our cottage, town and all the conveniences, this 2 bedroom duplex is light and airy, beautifully appointed with every detail considered. “We spent 6 nights in this apartment, and it met all our needs. The apartment was modern, roomy, comfortable, immaculate, and had everything we needed. There were 4 of us, including my daughter-in-law and 6 year old grandson. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook there. The air shuffleboard table was a bonus, and we alll enjoyed using it. “The property is new and clean. The view of the ocean is lovely and it was very quiet there. It is very close to the main house so not sure how private it would be if someone was staying at the main house at the same time especially since the window facing the main house has no shade. The kitchen is well stocked but wish they had some non stick pans. The listing states that there is a dishwasher but that is not accurate. There was none. It is a 10 - 15 minute drive to Moody's Diner. We did get……

“Cottage is rustic but clean in an amazing location. The view out to the boats moored in the water is one of a kind. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen and it worked well for us -- good sharp knives was a plus. Being able to walk down the dock and get the freshest lobsters possible for an excellent price was the highlight of our stay. Free access to kayaks was another nice amenity -- lots of coast to explore. The house is a little quirky (uneven floors and bathroom door is really a curtain),……

“Great views. House pretty clean & supplies were fine except only 3 coffee cups for 6 adults. VACasa said they would get more cups. They failed, never received. Some lights didn't work & lots of dead bugs in light fixtures.”
