「The entire place was clean and comfortable. The house was everything we have come to expect from a historic small town B&B. We had a great nights sleep, an excellent breakfast and a long and informative conversation with our host. In world that has fewer and fewer traditional Bed & Breakfast Inns, it was great to find one that was just where we needed it for our travels.」

「Awesome historical 100 year old hotel with a small time feeling but plenty big !!! Still very original and had the good feel of simpler times …. Very hospitable staff .. the young lady that checked us in was sweet and very informative …. She loved her job and it showed even though it was getting closer to midnight !! The beds were awesome .. I very rarely sleep most of the night and I woke up to the sun coming in the window (we purposely left the larger curtain open for natures wake up call...

「Would definitely recommend. The Midge is a super cute cabin. It was very clean and the fire pit was a definite plus. With the porch lights off you can see a gazillion stars. No views like that in the city. The walking trails are great and go right by the river and its always fun to ride up to the dam where it feels like you're on top of the world. May stay here again on my next visit home.」
