“We were very happy with both the cleanliness and the genuine kindness of the staff. I appreciated the texts that check in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Overall, 10/10! We will be back!”

“We booked through a third party. We we checked in the desk clerk said the TV in our room only had two channels so she upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge and this hotel and the surrounding ones were booked up. She had to turn 2 different guests away while checking us in. Glad we booked when we did. The breakfast was awesome. Best biscuits and gravy I’ve had at a hotel buffet. The breakfast host was very friendly and asking guests if she could help them with anything. I highly recommend……

“I came for one night after traveling for work. I didn't expect the Ritz but this was well below expectations and different than pictures of the location. Run down, tired items, paint and furniture including employees. Non smoking not enforced as someone was definitely smoking pot on the first floor near the main lobby. Mold looking growth in air conditioner. Sad pillows stained thin towels, orange shower curtain. Breakfast offered was sad despite friendly signage. Will not stay here again.……

“Good”

“The toilet rocked back and forth, the room had a smell...musty, moldy smell...we were given one small blanket for each bed and what we believe was a large curtain. The beds were not queen size as stated in the ad. They were fulls. We had 1 towel in each of the rooms we booked and when we asked for more we were handed 3 hand towels and a wash rag and were told...Thats all we have cleaned. We booked for 2 nights but left after the first night and ate the cost because we were uncomfortable.”

“The reviews of the property were mixed so I gave the place the benefit of the doubt and booked online. Check-in went well and my first impression was positive although very short-lived. As soon as we got to the elevator it was evident the facility was not clean. Dirt on the elevator buttons, filthy floors and hand smudges on surfaces indicated lack of care. Upon exiting the elevator on the third floor, we were greeted by an overflowing garbage can. Walls were gouged everywhere with some……

“Very reasonable price for the quality of the stay.”

“Good for overnight stay.”

“This was an AWFUL experience. First, it should not be called a HOTEL when the room door opens up to the parking lot. But that was only the beginning... The front desk clerk was nice, but tried to charge me twice for the room. The room door did not seal properly, therefore the carpet in front of the door was soaking wet. The shade to the room window was broken. The pool was so incredibly cold that we could not swim in it. The hot tub was out of order and looked like it had been out of order……

“Good place to stay”

“El hotel estuvo fatal, falta se limpieza ! Me sentí super mal allí, pero tenía que dormir en algún lugar y fue el único q encontré disponible. De seguro pk nadie se ospeda allí. Insectos en el dormitorio y en la cama encontré arañas. Y NO HABIA DESAYUNO y el precio 120 dólares la noche. E estado en mejores lugares por menos. Fatal lugar para quedarse no lo recomiendo”

“The room's clean and things are in good condition, but smells weird for some reason.”
