「We stayed in Villa Teatro which has a private deck with ocean views. Upon arrival, we realized our unit hadn't been cleaned. The staff was quick to remedy our situation and refunded our cleaning fee for the inconvenience. So many amenities within walking distance: grocery, restaurants, shopping, but most of all the BEACH! Our villa had everything you could think of to make your stay pleasurable. It was furnished with beautiful paintings by the artist Wyland. The only negative was the sofa bed....

「This place was TERRIFIC. Friendliest staff, clean room, wonderful continental breakfast, easy to get in/out, relatively close to lots of SoCal places like Anaheim, Disney, beaches, LA if you like traffic. There was nothing to not like! Thank you for your hospitality.」

「We absolutely love this property! If you are a beach lover, you will love it, too. Check-in was a breeze; the owners responded within minutes when we had a question; our family enjoyed the full-size appliances to accommodate our food/cooking needs. The amenities/extras were top notch and made our stay much more enjoyable: beach chairs, towels, laundry room, and parking. This is our second stay, and we will rebook this property when we return. 」

「Nick was amazing in welcoming us, via messages, and provided much needed info as I am handicapped. Loved the cute room, loved it was just a few steps away from our front door. The only drawback I can think of, I wished there was onsite parking. I did manage, the fact that Pacific st has overnight parking. Thank you Nick for the awesome stay」
