Loved our stay at this property! Close to stores, restaurants and beaches. Loved the patio/deck. Plenty of room for big families or multiples. Steve was near by if we were to need anything, but we didn’t. Everything was as described and we had no issues. They are remodeling the house next door, so I was a little worried about the noise, but it was never an issue.we would definitely book this house again. Lovely!!

This home was very comfortable and well-stocked. The helpful owners really thought of everything a renter might wish for. The home was comfortable, clean, convenient and offers gorgeous ocean views. The home has three levels so comfort with going up and down stairs is important, but this was no problem for us. Overall we highly recommend and would rent this home again.

Great House in Dana Point

We had a terrific stay in Dana Point. We are 2 couples who are cousins, and we take a trip together every winter. The house was just as described. Very roomy, bright and perfect for our visit. Stephen is a great host. We met us at the house, gave us a tour and instructions, was always available and could not have been nicer. He lives close by, and we chatted with him as he walked his dog. The is nothing about this house that we wouldn't recommend. It's a great area with a lot to do. Go and enjoy!

This is a beautiful home in an excellent location with great views! We were there for our sons wedding; the house worked great for our family. Stephen was great to work with. The only con I had was the beds weren't very comfortable, unless you like a really firm mattresses, then you'll love them.

Three floors of amazing views! Extremely well-stocked kitchen and very nice bathrooms with plenty of towels. Located within a short drive to visit San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Beach and Newport Beach. With a wide range of ages, we had space to join or have private time. The kitchen was beautifully stocked with everything you’d need for meals. A Wonderful Stay!

Our all-adult group thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Dana Point Dream Home. It was truly a home away from home with the added stunning views. The house is stocked with everything you need and then some! It is well furnished with comfortable beds and lovely artwork in all rooms. We loved hanging out at the house waiting for the sun to make its appearance. Steve was very welcoming and communication with him was effortless. We will definitely consider staying again.

Girls’ Reunion

Our group from Kindergarten/High School gets together every other year at someone’s house. It was my time to host in SoCal. Since I live in the area, I chose Dana Point to house the 10 of us. It is centrally located between two of my favorite places, San Clemente and Laguna Beach. The house had every thing that we needed. The most important thing was a stunning view of the harbor. Our group is diverse with girls flying in from Seattle, Massachusetts and North Carolina. As wel as different parts of California. I highly recommend this location.

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view!

We were in Dana Point for the weekend for the Ohana Music Festival and wanted a place close enough to be able to walk to and from Doheny State Beach each day. Steve's place was perfect! It sits up on a hill overlooking the beach so we could actually hear the music from the deck! We would sit out on there each morning enjoying the beautiful views and listening to the music each day as the bands started around noon. The home is very spacious with three bedrooms on the first floor and another in the basement. The main floor upstairs is completely open with a big kitchen and living room that leads out to the deck with new patio furniture. Honestly, it was hard to leave! Thanks again Steve for sharing your home!
