This fabulous beach condo has ceiling fans, 2 ocean view balconies with BBQ, 3 flat screen TVs w/ cable, 2 DVD players, Wifi access, a DVD library, mini bar w/ ice bucket & bar accessories with martini & wine glasses plus martini shaker. This unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer inside condo. Bedroom #1 has 2 double beds and the master has a brand new Cal King, and a new desk. For your comfort, The living room also has a new couch which reclines and new smart TV purchased in 2021. Rooms are equipped with lots of extra pillows and blankets. Reserved covered parking available with unit plus two guest spots. Please be advised we have enhanced our cleaning routine and are now wearing gloves, ventilating rooms, and using disinfectants that are EPA registered. Lastly, RATES VARY FROM WEEK TO WEEK AT VARIOUS TIMES OF THE YEAR, especially summer and holidays. You are welcome to stay less than thirty days . However, contract will be for one month or more.
