「The location is in the prefect area of Laguna Beach. We did not use our car. We could walk to park shops and restaurants easily. The ocean views look even better in person compared to the pictures. Look forward to staying here again. 」

「I am hesitant to write such a positive review because I do not want this place to be booked every weekend for the year. We will definitely come back as we could not be happier with the location, cleanliness, and quick response time of the management company.Steps to the beach and main beach was within a few minute walk. Grocery store across the street and the taco stand, which is amazing, is 30 yards away.」

「We have stayed in this unit 4 times since 2019 (under a different owner). We love the location, ease of parking, views (some of the best in Laguna). The new management company has not updated any of the emergency numbers in the unit (suggest they do that soon) The day we were to check in we received notification that there was no gas in the unit. We decided to stay without the gas (so many restaurants near by there), the management company made arrangements for us to shower across the...

「The unit only had 2 beds. We had reserved space for 6 individuals. 2 of us had to sleep on the floor. The Units not good for Elderly- too many steps to the beach and a huge hike back up the 50 stairs to the unit.
If you have a second Vehicle- you are out of luck. I was asked to park second vehicle near by as per management for a fee but was asked to move several times which was a huge inconvenience. I asked for a parking refund and parked at Pacific Edge Hotel.
