"We have stayed in the Kelapa Gading area several times.Having tried the El hotel, Cabin, Harris, and Wizz which are all good given your cost base. The Tavia Heritage is our favourite. Up graded to a better room twice and the most friendly, efficient staff, with breakfast included. "

"It was average. Not western standards. Staff were excellent. Condition of room was well used with no fridge to keep medications. Had the reception to look after medications. You pay what you get. They were polite but photos were deceiving."
