“The two “experienced” ladies who checked us in were the kindest, most knowledgeable staff I have seen in quite awhile. I appreciate they come from a generation that value customer service. ”

“The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly. Room was ok you get what you pay for, furniture a lil old and a very small tv. Bathroom was clean and fine, so were beds. Once we adjusted the thermostat it was warm. They could do better snow clean up on the property, other guests had to shovel out a……

“The rooms were clean but were starting to show signs of age. The bed would squeak and the mattress would sink in the middle. There was a fly in the room, which took forever to get it out. I thought the decor was nice. The concept is of Airbnb rooms but within a hotel. There’s no onsite front desk but there’s daily maintenance it seems. The living room lodge is cozy, the free cocoa/coffee was great, and the game room/pool was nice. Overall, it was a great value and would gladly return. ”

“My husband and I recently stayed at the Rosewood Country Inn. The Inn is impeccable. The decor of the Inn and our room was beautifully decorated. Stan gave us excellent suggestions for dinner and we were lucky to have been staying to enjoy the Sunday Brunch buffet at the Inn. Everything served was absolutely delicious! We will be returning in the near future. ”

“The room was very spacious and bright, with a gas fireplace and sitting area in front of it. The chairs in the seating area were a bit uncomfortable, saggy, so one night we watched the small tv in bed. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower and the whole room was very clean. The mini fridge had a freezer which was appreciated for our freezer packs.
