「Our room was really dirty. The floor was not vacuumed. The mirror was dirty. There was no stopper for the bathtub and no toilet paper and dirty towels with blood or some kind of stain on it. Some of the accommodations they give you for the coffee was used by prior. Customers were never discarded by housekeeping and was just left in the same place. They display them in the bathroom had toilet bowl cleaner in the toilet, but the toilet wasn’t cleaned. The water pressure was very bad and we had no...

「Booked a double queen room, when we got there they only had a single king available. When we got to the room and pulled out the pullout couch there was no mattress. I went to the front desk and was told there aren’t mattresses on the pullouts and was given a pillow and a blanket for my daughter to sleep on. Needless to say we all slept in the king. Why would I pay for a double queen room for 3 of us to share a bed. Highly unsatisfied.」
