Conveniently located just off I-40 between exits 424 and 432, this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath 2000sq ft manufactured home is only 3 miles from Douglas Lake and Swann’s Marina. Set at the top of a gentle hill with a long, easy-to-drive driveway, it offers a quiet rural retreat that’s still close to the Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge, and area attractions. With plenty of space inside and out, it’s ideal for families, fishermen, and work crews alike.
