“This hotel is very close, comfortable, convenient to the gatlinburg area. The staff is friendly and welcoming I have stayed several times under different reasons business and with my kids and grandchildren. For the price on the river it’s great!”

“It was nice enough, nothing really spectacular. It was clean, I did kill a couple of spiders but like your up against woods and river so there's going to be insects. Didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff other than checking in and he seemed. All and all I would stay here again, if for no other reason than Tennessee Shine Co. is right beside it ”

“Like the sign out front says, it's old but clean. Because we came with our granddaughter, we booked it because it had two separate bedrooms with an actual door to close.”

“Great price for the location, just a short walk to the strip! Theres a winery and pizza place very close by and the rooms are comfortable and recently updated. Great staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful. My only issue was the peeling paint on the tub because my kids love to take baths. Other than that it was great for a 4 day family trip! ”

“The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate us,we arrived early we were able to leave our bags have lunch watch a show and check in , rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Dollys stampede is in walking distance and trolley stop right outside of hotel.”

“The staff is really nice and they greet you when you come onto property they are very easy going with getting you checked in and getting you to your room. It’s a nice area and quiet area and its safe surroundings. Rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable and it’s one of the cleanliness hotels I been too. Definitely will be staying more often. ”

“Jacuzzi tub didn’t work steam shower didn’t work fireplace didn’t work. Beds were uncomfortable. But everything else was good.”

“Our cabin was perfect for two people & it had everything we needed. It was decorated beautifully & the bed was very comfortable. Our location was great. If you are looking for a cabin with an outdoor space to hang out, this isn't the cabin for you. But, if you will be out & about all day & evening & just need a place to cook a couple meals & sleep it is great.”

“My wife and I just spent the weekend in unit 165 and it was just perfect for us. The bed was very comfortable and very clean. In all honesty, we only spent probably around 30 hours in the room from Thursday until Sunday. We were out and about the rest of the time. With that being said, it was everything that was described and very good communication with the property manager. We will be back.”
