"Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage als Familie. Es war wunderbar ruhig. Die Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein. Leider hat das Sommerwetter gerade etwas Pause eingelegt, aber auch der große Tisch im Wohnzimmer bot Platz und Gemütlichkeit.Die Küche ist etwas eng und man muss sich viel bücken, aber anders war das in dem alten Haus vermutlich nicht machbar. Room was lovely and roomey for two friends on a serendipitous 1 night adventure. Great heating and fancy tap which gives you hot water, mineral water, sparkling water and mild sparkling water! Also the check in was really cool and simple. Will definitely stay here again"

Das Platzangebot hat uns positiv überrascht, für meine Frau und die drei Jungs 9/4/1 war es für einen Kurzurlaub völlig okay. "Hotel Herzog Georg is a real gem hidden in rural Germany. The size of room is larger than a standard European room and we were very happy to have 2 large size doubles for my wife and 15 yr old son. Breakfast was massive European style and quality was superb. Lots of walking opportunities around town with site seeing and hiking just a short drive away. A couple notes, not much English spoken here, or in town at all. People were extremely gracious and we didnt have any issues, but just be aware. Also there are limited hours for the reception and if you think you will even be close to showing up after 7pm local time, reach out and coordinate how to get room access. We did not do this (our fault) and struggled to get ahold of the reception after hours with our US phones. Overall I would def stay here again if I was coming to the area."
